When do I receive my Tracking Number?
Tracking Number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. If you don't receive tracking number within 7 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you received your tracking number email email@example.com and we will verify whether item has been shipped.
How can I track my product shipment?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after receiving the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre. Please continue to check the status bar on the Homepage (Track Order) to track the status of your delivery.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after being updated. There is a delay in receiving updates until the package is dispatched from the fulfillment centre. Please try again in a couple days
How do you ship?
We ship from overseas by mail service (ePacket). When the product arrives in your country, it will be dispatched by your local postal service
Why didn't my shipment come in on package?
We ship our orders from various international warehouses (USA, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next, so don't panic if you do not receive all of your items together...they are on the way.
How long does the shipping/delivery take?
Depending on your exact location, shipping time will vary. Our products are shipped from various warehouses with delivery time within the United States ranging from 10-15 business days, and 15-20 business days Internationally. Please also take note that there could be unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that are beyond our control including delays from seasonal holiday volume or public holidays.
What should I do if the received item is damage?
Products are replaced where proven to be defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I get replacement for the damaged item?
Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you or offer a full refund (see full refund policy in footer menu)
